Parrots
Ruby- 5 y.o. CAG;
Pharaoh, Emmy, and Sky-Quakers of unknown age;
Maui- 8 m.o. Catalina macaw
I am wondering if anyone has used this product before as treats (not looking to use as a diet) and how well their bird(s) like it. A family owned pet store by me sells it for a significantly cheaper price than what it is priced online and figured I could freeze it in smaller bags and pull a bag out as needed if it is a good product.

My biggest issue is the peanuts, heavy on fat also!

I am always on the lookout for new and interesting healthy foods for Tsali. I don't feed peanuts, so this particular food would be a no-go for me.

The peanuts were my only concern

...sigh. Why must so many of the premium bird food manufacturers use peanuts. Either it a cheap way to add weight to their product or they don't genuinely care about parrot health. I can't believe that they don't KNOW the risk of aflatoxin and aspergillus. Either answer is totally unacceptable.
