Harry 2 year old Green Cheek

Hello everyone,

I am new to this site and very excited about hearing all about birds! I am hoping someone can answer a question I have.

My Harry just started this a few weeks ago. Sometimes when he is on his perch I go over to say hello and he is like paralyzed, he is trying to move but can't, he flexes his foot but can't move for about 30 seconds, than he snaps out of it? Last night he was screeching and doing the same thing. I was so scared, is this normal?

I don't have any conure experience, but I haven't heard of anything like this.

I would get him to an avian vet for a check up.

I'm sure someone with more experience will chime in soon, lots of great people with tons of experience on this forum.
