Harness during moult?

My bird is going through his first moult at the moment and has quite a lot of pin feathers over his body. I was wondering if it was still OK to put a harness on him during this time or if it might irritate or hurt him?

it might annoy him, ur right. i dont know much about molts so i hope someone better comes along...
