Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays spent with family. Oh yes, the inevitable overeating leads to food coma. In my case the offending items are the desserts!

Sadly the next day morphs from giving thanks to the incessant shopping greed of "Black Friday." Retailers open at 0600 (or earlier) eager to separate you from as much money as possible in advance of the late December holidays.
