Happy Hatchday Rowdy and Happy Easter

Rowdy's Hatchday is Sunday, April 8, which also happens to be Easter so I will post it now for her. She will be 12 years old! She had her special dinner tonight of spaghetti, but of course there are leftovers so she can enjoy it all weekend!

I also celebrate my cat, Sadie's birthday the same day. She is 6 now.

Sadie does love spaghetti, but she has inflammatory bowel disease and must be on a limited ingredient diet. In fact I had to rush her into the vet last Friday for a steroid shot for it after she stole a Nutriberry and a Frosted Flake and got sick again. She will get a new batch of Mini Mice toys.

Poor thing.She ate a nutriberry?? That is a weird thing for a cat to like.Maybe a frosted flake because they are sweet..

She is an abnormal cat who happens to be a grainaholic. She wants the bread not the meat when I make a sandwich. We once got into a fight over a bowl of rice! And yes, I was cutting Nutriberries in half for Merlin's meds and she took one and ate it! She grabbed the cereal out of the air as I was pouring it into a bowl.
