Hanging from cage

Just have some concerns. My BTM consistently hangs from cage instead of using the perches. I have several different kinds of perches but for the most part she still likes to just hang from cage. Should I be concerned about this.

For what it's worth...
Back in New Mexico, we lived in a high earthquake area. The Rickeybird would hang from his cage during (and for a while after) them, and on occasion I observed him anticipating them! So, not saying you have earthquakes (I imagine you'd KNOW), but maybe your bird's upset or nervous about something?
