It is my belief that this is a scam I see another one under macaws by the same person

Yep, could be, could also be a new poster who didn't think of giving a location, etc. She may not realize what an international forum this is either.

I contacted her and all she talked about was the shipping fee of several hundred dollars The other info matched exactly info that I had seen several months ago when I was looking for a blue and gold.

She has a post for a pair of Greys also. Claims that her mother owned them, and has died, and she cannot take care of the birds. They remind her of her mom. I hope it's not a scam. Hard to know who to trust these days!
