Hairy cere?

I've sort of noticed that Devilin, my sennie, has a...hairy cere? Is this normal? Are they even hairs?

Weird. I'm guessing it's normal, little bristly feathers maybe??

My Brown Head has hairs on her cere as well. I assumed they were there because she's so young. (4 Months.) I think it's kinda cute tho

My Aexandrine has that, too. Which, I believe, is normal for his species.
