Gus the Grey

This bird is driving me nuts. He has a new fondness for toes. His new favorite game is to jump on the floor, and as soon as you go to pick him up, he run straight for your feet. Feel like I need to wear steel toed boots in the house.

Oh yes here too. Our grey goes all “big and bad” rushes for the feet but then stops. Pretty funny actually. We move away just in case he figured out what to do someday.

That's the bad part, Gus has more than figured out what to do. He doesn't bite hard, per se, but it is still annoying to have a grey chewing on your toes before you've even had your coffee.

haha, Enzo is the same, she will only go to the floor to pick up a 'treat she has dropped (or left for later!!)' or if she spots unprotected toes, and yes she will attack your feet with wings flapping, the full on attack!

I guess toes/feet p.o. birds..PERIOD! For YEARS..if Amy is on the floor,it doesn't matter if you have shoes on,or,slippers,or bare feet...as soon as he see's your feet,he comes running, full steam at them, banging his beaky on the floor
