Hello,
I'm quite new to this forum - just signed up about two days ago - and you may call me Snow. I currently have a beautiful eight-month-old male Pied cockatiel named Julian and an adorable 3.5-week-old sun conure chick named Phoenix.
I love both my babies very much, although the little one takes up most of my time due to the constant care and feedings. Still, I wouldn't trade them for anything.
I'm no stranger to birds - I kept a stunning Taiwanese Pekin robin and two doves while I was younger - but this is my first time keeping parrots in general.
I also have other pets - freshwater fish and designer shrimp, marine fish, corals and marine invertebrates (starfish, hermit crabs, mantis shrimp, ornamental shrimp, ornamental crabs, sea urchins etc.), a Chinese golden thread turtle, both my birds and a therapy/support dog. I used to keep red-eared sliders, wild fence lizards and hamsters as well. I am a passionate animal lover and would love all the guidance and advice/feedback from this forum.
It's been a pleasure meeting all of you.
