This is an old thread, but did you happen to check out the link on the 2nd page posted by jayyj? Ryan's Parrots. You can try tracking him down and seeing if he still breeds them and has any available. I don't know any current members who have them, but I know of breeders in the USA though that wouldn't do you any good.
