Hi,
My name is Billie with my Umbrella Too named Sheba. We live in Tacoma, Washington. I have been around birds since I was a kid. My Dad had a bird rescue in Las Vegas Nevada, where I grew up. I got my first Too when I was sixteen years old, whom passed away 2 years ago. I just got Sheba from a rescue recently and we are still getting to know each other.
