I dunno that Big Macs necessarily are the smartest of all birds... I feel like African Greys can give them a run for their money! All parrots are really smart, even budgies, and I'm not sure how you would compare the intelligence of one to another without some extensive scientific research. For any purpose I can imagine you wanting a bird the Hahn's is going to be plenty smart IMHO.

I believe it is scientifically proven that African Greys have a cognitive ability equivalent of a 5 yr. Old. Any how that doesn't matter to me, that's why I chose the Hahn's. More for the character

Well, the breeder got the DNA results and my Hahn's is a "He". He should be coming home soon, at this time the breeder is not satisfied with their eating habits. Apparently the 4 of them would rather play with their food more than eating it. It sounds like something I read on the forums before. I'm glad to know that he is being well taken care of and not being rushed out the door. He was born right after New Year's, so he's almost 12 weeks old. I waited this long, so what's another couple of weeks? Now I just have to come up with a name for him. I've thought of Marley, Merlin, Ozzie, but the one that I'm dwelling on at the moment is Cosmo. Any suggestions?

I guess he is still picky at eating and still wants formula. So it may be a little bit before he comes home. Here is a video from the breeder sent this morning

Well today is the day. My little guy will be arriving today. Will have to go pick him up at the airport this afternoon. Here's the latest pic of him:

Hahn's are such cuties, and this guy is definitely a doll !
