olly likes scritches but he gets mad when i stop-

Welcome and be welcomed.

My little Amazon, Salty accepts love, but when HE wants it. He is at least polite when refusing it, gently pushing my finger away with a foot, then with a gentle open beak nip and if finally I don't get the message, a much harder nip.

But when he is in the mood for it, he will happily sit and accept scratches for an hour or more. So rewarding being a parrot's body slave!
