Today in the Netherlands is Kings day. Everyone wears orange. It is a fun day and amusing at some of the outfits some people wear.
There is a market all through town of people selling secondhand things and shops have discounts etc. Rides for children and street food venders.
We past someone selling this bird cage for 5 Euro. It is secondhand, obviously used. a few bars slightly bent but no biggie. looks great, twice as big as her last cage so she can have extra room. Maybe I wont feel bad when we have to go out for most the day and she has to be in her cage while we are not home.
She hates being locked in all day. I know a bigger cage wont change that but she will have more room to move.
Going to put different perches in.
The whole thing has to be cleaned and washed before she can move in. The perches that are in the cage covered with bird poop. Even if it wasnt I would still want to wash and every thing before she moves in.
Hope she likes it. Only big difference she will have to get use to is it has one door. Her current cage has 3 doors. One always stays closed. The main one at front gets opened, held by a rope and looks like a draw bridge (will do same with this one) and a side one gets opened too. She uses main door to exit and the side door to enter. Never other way around.
Sorry for long post sometimes I ramble on a little to much
