there's no damage then if he goes on the screen, just annoyance but yeah try seeing if you can coax him into going to other spots. Make them more fun!

Clearly he's trying to order more seed!

Are you sure? I know even a little water can damage
modern LCD's and my IRN's poop is a bit slimey.

On another note he's found another way to
annoy me but it is pretty funny too. I have a ton of
keyrings hanging from my wall on hooks and he is
systematically unhooking them and dropping them
on the floor. I think he views them as toys or something
because he's regularly swinging off them and biting them lol.

only if it gets under the protective layer which is harder than you'd think.

those sound like amazing toys! Get ready for that to turn into a game! Mine would throw one of his toys off a shelf and I was expected to catch it otherwise I would be dutifully informed of his displeasure. It was especially fun as I never was informed when this game began

?? not kidding... my method works pretty well. The reason it works is because birds instinctively avoid snakes and spiders.

""Maybe a bigger desk half for you and half for him. Set up a nice work station for him next to yours.""

lol.. yeah..with his own puter.. and set it on "youtube parrots singing" for him. Cookie loves to
watch the birds on youtube!!!!!!

Absolutely my budgies love to watch and listen to youtube videos. They need to make little birdie computers for sure that are chew proof haha.

He's becoming easier to control now at least, I'm finally managing to get him back into his cage without tons of trouble.

Ironically this works in his favour because I can take him out more now because I'm not worried about him refusing to go back for like 4 hours each time.

good to hear you're progressing with him. All about that trust between each other. He trusts you so now you can trust him more. You'll fast be at the point where he spends more time out than in!

Lol I don't know about that, he's constantly trying to kill himself so I have to be very vigilant, which would be exhausting if I let him out for too long.

Trying again
