getting my first b&g need some advice

I'm New at posting my daughter and I will be getting our first large parrot at the end of this week it is a blue and gold macaw we are getting her from a friend of a friend. She looks good and acts like she has been well taken care of. I'm not sure what food she's been eating I want to do the best by her dose anyone have a good feeding schedule for her
What type of foods
Veggies and fruits
Dry food
Seeds
Sprouts
Nuts
How much is given of each daily weekly
