Thanks for the advice. I will still buy the baby brown head from the questionable breeder. I would never have thought of going to the vet on the way home. It makes so much sense. I also wouldn't have known what to ask the vet to make sure it's healthy. I will do the works. I have two budgies so I need to know he's fine.
