Hey so I'm trying to set up a new pair. I have a pair of pineapples (cinnamon + yellow sided), a pair of regular GCCs and a pineapple x yellow sided pair.

I have a male turquoise I would like to set up with a female pineapple.

What kind of babies should I get? I was thinking I would get turquoise yellow sided, and maybe turquoise cinnamons and a few other combos. Does anyone have a breakdown on what would be produced from such a pair? I don't know what the turquoise's parents looked like but both the pineapples parents are visual pineapples.

I am wondering the same thing.

I am working towards breeding for Mints.

Genes estimations are really complex , as you can't get a sure fire answer . But I learned this method in science , you can't figure out the whole look but small features . You have to know both the Cocks and Hens dominint and recessive genes . It's a punette square , you could do it on paper . Don't know if it works on animals , though.

here is a great site I came across, it should answer all of your questions....pineapples are about 3/4 of the way down.
