Force Ciko to out of cage for training bad or good ?

Hello, Ottoman. You don't have to take him back to his cage after every training session. Well, as long as this means he will be in the same room as you. As long as his perch is somewhere that he can have interaction with others, it should be just fine.
Also, if that stand has toys on it for him to amuse himself, all the better.

And food! Can't forget food/water. Birds should have water available to them all the time(On their play stand/perch/cage), and food every couple hours or so. A hungry bird can be a cranky bird.

We have all time food.. ia it wrong every time should i give him

There is nothing wrong with free-feeding(having food available all day). My statement was just a reminder that if you have your bird out for 3-4 hours you should make sure they can get to food and water.
Many people don't free-feed, and instead do meals, but that's entirely up to the person, the bird, and the schedule. Some people aren't home to offer 3 meals a day, so they feed in the morning, take away fresh food before it spoils, and leave pellets during the day, and feed fresh food again in the evening. There's no right or wrong way to do it. Some birds are more prone to becoming overweight than others, then, people will manage their bird's food intake.

He should have play time out of his cage being on the play stand. That will help with him getting adjusted. :)
