Hi all,

Sadly my darling lovebird passed away recently and I've finally been able to sort through all of his toys. I have kept some special ones but Albie had a lot of unused and barely used items which I'd love to see go to a new home.

So I have a number of perches, some little toys, two 1kg bags of food, soother spray and a travel cage as well as a training DVD, not pictured.

Please make me an offer and bear in mind the postage. I imagine this will be fairly high. I'd prefer them to go as a lot. If you're in South London I'd be happy for you to collect.

Thanks!

I am so sorry for your loss of Albie. Will you not have a feathered baby ever again? I lost a parakeet who was much loved and his loss hurt like hell. I said no more! But you know what I regret that decision, if Plum had not landed I would be missing so much. Whatever you decide some time is best to let things settle IMO. There are feathered babies who would need loving homes should you so wish. :-)

Oh thank you for your kind words :) honestly I don't see myself having another lovie, Albie was such a character and my little baby that it would break my heart to see another hopper in his cage.

The house is so quiet though, maybe another bird in the future but not for a long time :(

How about a Cockatiel or a parakeet or a Green Cheek Conure or a Quaker. Little ones with big characters, such a shame when you are obviously so well set up and used to a bird which is great. It helps to ease the pain honestly. :-)
