flight cage

Hi everyone,

I wanted your opinions on this flight cage for a pair of SCC. I realize that I will have to buy 3-4 stainless dishes also.

Thanks in advance!

For a flight cage would go wider in length then height. They sell double flight cage that go 63"L 19"D 64"H

If you are using it as a regular sleeping cage as well then you may want to get a cage with horizontal and vertical bars, to make it easy for birds to climb as well. The 1/2 spacing is good. Most flight cages just have has vertical bars by design. To be honest I find birds do find with climbing vertical bars, plus they tend to like to slide down the bars and then vertical bars have horizontal bars for frame stability. So more of a personal preference.

The only gripe I have with some flight cages is the bar thickness as some cages are to thin and easy for birds to pop the welds.

Well they call it “Flight Cage” which for bigger than budgies it probably isn’t an actual “FlightCage.” But for a Home cage for a Conure it is great. For 2 GCC’s? Hm probably plenty of space as long as they already get along well.?
