Hi all!
I was watching this Magnolia Bird farm video on youtube in which the lady explains that cockatiels needs 30-40% straight canary seeds as the protein in their diet. I feed my birds the normal Prestige Premium Mix from Loro Parque among other things and haven't known seeds individually by name.
I'm in India and by the time I translated Straight Canary Seeds into hindi for the shop owner and checked that word back in English, I've ended up with Flax seeds. Do cockatiels eat Flax seeds? Like, are they straight canary seeds? Just checking first as I don't want to feed them something that shouldn't be.
Here's what I have been given.

On the following link, it says you can include it in their diet.

Flax seed - called - alsi seed in Hindi.
Thanks for all advice.
