First package from My Safe Bird Store

I just got my first order. Some Harrison's and her homemade blend of food. A big rope perch for Pete, and foot toys for him. Shreddable toys for Rowdy and Merlin, and several toy parts for all of them. She was so nice to include extra foot toys and shreddable toys and a candy bar for me!

It came in just 3 days as well, all packaged up very nicely.

Petey, of course is afraid of some of his new things so they are sitting next to his cage. Rowdy is kind of afraid of the shreddable pinata, but I don't think she's ever had one before. Usually she sees a toy and yells, "Gimme! Gimme!" I bet any second now she's tearing it up though.

I recently got my first order. I got a tabletop java tree stand & zupreem pellets. These are the first pellets I have ever gotten Mr. Precious to eat. My mom stole the candy bar! & Mr. Precious is still terrified of the shreddable toys. It's a great way to keep him from eating the computer cord. I just place mini hat on cord & he runs away.

I am coming to the conclusion that I love to order from them because it is so much fun to open the boxes. I got a really cool swing made out of stainless steel with two little bells on top. So far Rosie will not go near it.

Henpecked just sent me a nice thing that could be used as a swing or as a "neck perch". I have a feeling though only Rowdy would like it as a swing. Pete doesn't like anything that moves when he steps on it, and I'm not for sure on Merlin yet.

I have gotten in a couple orders from them already and have been very happy with the service. I think they will be a main stop when shopping for Pixie . I love the way it was all packaged up with a little bit of ribbon and some candy, it was more like an event

Yes, had I not had all these vet bills recently, I would have gone completely nuts ordering things!

They also make it super easy to donate to rescues. With a simple phone call I was able to send pellets & toys to A Helping Wing. No shipping worries, etc. I will continue to donate this way every month!

And Mr. Precious LOVES his Java Table Top Tree Stand. He eats/plays/naps on it. Super portable & easy to clean. My favorite new thing for him.

I will have to take a look at the stand, and at donating to the rescues. Merlin would probably like the stand. Is it easy to climb off of though? If it is, Pete will do exactly that.

Mr. Precious hasn't climbed off of it yet. The vertical tree part is like 18" high and the branches go out so far it would be difficult to climb off of. They have good pic's on the web site.

I placed my second order all ready last night lol. Probably will be it for a while though, especially until I see what (aside from my fingers) Jasper will be tearing up the most. I got a couple toys, some pet focus for cleaning and the rest is toy parts for making new toys or remaking old ones. With the discount the total was $100.01..yay free shipping!! lol

I love mysafebirdstore. They're my first stop when I need bird stuff. Great prices and amazing service and the little bag of goodies is always welcomed in this house (although kazi has learned to feel along the shredders packed with paper to see if I stuck an almond in there before he'll tear them up anymore - Mr. smarty pants.)
