My first 2 cockatiel chicks flew today. This makes 4 weeks to the day for the oldest bird (Angle) and 3 weeks +2 days for Mango.

Still having trouble with the parents and feeding. The parents will feed the chicks some but then start pulling feathers from there neck and ear patches. I keep the chicks separated most of the time but put them in with the adults 2 or 3 times a day. when they go from feeding to feather plucking I take them out again.

Hand feeding went from impossible to manageable and now it's back to impossible. They will only eat a tiny amount and I don't dare force them for fear of making them choke.
They are eating millet seeds.
Is there anything else that would be good for young Tiel chicks to eat ?

While we're waiting for the experts here to answer... I ran across this: it might be good reading. Seems very systematic and reasonable to me. Good luck!

I learned a few tricks at the wildlife rehab center I volunteer at. If you can stick the syringe fully into the mouth (until you hit the back of the throat) it will help prevent the food from getting into the windpipes.

Mine are starting to eat too. I use parakeet sized pellets. They pick at the veggies I put out.
One even stole a potato chip today.
