Hey,

my name is Emily. My mother has been a member of this site for a while, she hasn't had much time to post lately as my Grandma has been staying with us.

I decided to use this site myself, as around the 23rd of January I am getting a hand reared Hahns Macaw. The breeder is harness training he/she, this is great, as I wanted a harness trained bird.

We still have Norman, a African Grey, Erik, a Sun Conure and Cookie, a Green Cheek Conure.

We had to cancel buying a Blue Crowned Conure, because my Grandma had to stay with us for a while.


I will keep you updated.

Hey guys,

I went to the breeder and I have decided to go for a Blue Fronted Amazon. The breeder has a Hahns Macaw and a Blue Fronted Amazon, both hand-reared and harness trained. I did prefer a larger parrot and the BFA would suit our family better than the Hahns. The BFA is ready in around 3 weeks. I can go and see him/her next week.
