I ended up downloading their extremely useful PDFs and pretty much leaving... I am still a member in case I need them, but they get defensive and attack people if they ever disagree or ask a question that they deem stupid or pointless. They were extremely verbally abusive and tried to guilt trip me over something ridiculous. For people with 30+ years of bird experience each they sure act like children. I posted a pic of my guy eating oatmeal and one of them assumed it was the instant packets and pmed me to tell me why it was bad. I said it was peach and almond... i didn't say it was peach and almond from a quaker packet.
