GreyCee does not want to eat her formula feed in the evening she has been eating seed and pellet mix during the day I'm worried she is not getting enough to eat.
I want to give her a little scramble egg in the morning but not sure if she's still to little.

It's fine to offer a little bit of scrambled egg. Do not add any salt.
Have you tried giving her fruit and some vegetable?.
Try feeding GreyCee fruit and vegetables mix them up a bit.

African Greys need a bit more protein and calcium then other birds. Offer GreyCee the egg shell, with the hard boiled egg. An excellent source of protein and calcium is natural types of yoghurt, with no additives. Rich in calcium are parsley, carrots, mustard greens and cabbage. African Greys’ require extra calcium supplementation, such as cuttle-bone.

Be careful not to feed GreyCee seed all the time. A constant diet of seed can cause a lung condition that is generally fatal.
Offer a couple of nut a day, such as Pecan, almonds and Cashew plain.

The more variety you expose your bird to at a younger age the less picky she will be as she matures.

I give GreyCee half an apple in the morning.
Thanks for the info I'll go to the shop today and get some fruit and veg

Did you offer GreyCee some scrambled egg this morning?

Hi
I gave her a boiled egg instead with some egg shell she eat a little but loved the mixed fruit and veg I gave her in her feeding bowl.

GreyCee is doing great, because she has a caring loving guardian.
She will get used to the eggs and egg shells, remember everything is a new taste to her.
You are doing a wonderful job, keep it up.
