Featherless underwings

After a few weeks of my young quakers accident in hot wax to feet and chest he took flight and I noticed he's underwings has no feathers..he's about 6 months old.. his attitude is all back eats and drinks very well... hubby took him to vet next day after he put baby oil to get wax off and I washed him with dawn to get baby oil off.. vetvtook rest off and cleaned him all up and said he looks good lungs are good weight all good.. his voice has changed and doesn't talki like he did before his accident... plus his aggressiveness is more..he does look better than this now his feathers are normal looking now
