Fargo- Blue and Gold Macaw
I have been a bit slack with Fargo pictures lately right?!?!?!

New horse, new puppy, they have been getting all the forum attention hahaha

Fargo still gets hundreds of pictures taken of him each day but most are from my phone, cause ipod isn't charged.. So cant get them on computer..

ANYWAY.. Here is some of the lovely Fargo outside with Cypher this afternoon..

Cypher had a great day playing in the dirt.. and Fargo is going through his big yearly moult, you can see his feathers on his wings are missing in some places.. Poor thing.. Just finished losing alot of his body feathers, now he is losing his wing feathers and tail -_-

Just his prettiness... His eyes just shine..

SCREAM!

This one kinda looks like Fargo is wondering what is wrong haha

Lovely close up

Most photogenic dog in the world maybe? hahaha

AND... If you are all nice ;) and don't get upset with a dog and a bird interacting, here is a video :p

Yes, it is risky, but Cyphers breed protect chickens, they do not attack anything, unlike most other dogs...

They only played for a week, then Cypher had to go outside.. So there was absolutely no harm done, they don't play together anymore, only outside right with me :p

Wow Tab. They get along wonderfully. I bet though Fargo puts it all over Cypher and shows him who is boss. :D

Fargo likes to scream (hence i got the screaming photos) because Cypher is petrified when he screams HAHAHA

Fargo is so naughty ;) Definitely the boss! You can see in the video at one point Fargo pinches Cyphers fur  Only gently, but still! haha

I thought I saw that. Defy showing him who is the boss.

I think Bundii can sympathise with Fargo at the moment cause she is molting as well. She has lots of pin feathers around her head but as usual she is very independent and does not want any help. I already have a container full of green feathers and we haven't even started on the wing or tail feathers.

What wonderful pets and it's great they get along so well togther. My peach faced lovebird used to play with my cat Bes, would climb up on him and just fuss with his fur and ears - the cat just let him. He also used to land on my one pug, Diva, who was a chunky girl - he'd land on her rump and she has this funny walk where she kinda rolled and he would just hold on for dear life. Both of them have passed now, but ahhhh, the memories. Thanks Tab great great pics.

I have to cover my pets' ears to say this, but you've got the best-looking pet family I've ever seen. Horse - drop-dead gorgeous. Dog - drop-dead gorgeous. Bird - drop-dead gorgeous.

Hahaha Gary that would be adorable!! It makes things alot easier when pets all get along hey! We have cat, she is absolutely terrified of everything though, she is a vegetarian, never eats mice or birds ;)
I was playing with my baby possum outside last night, and the cat came over to see me, and little smeagol sprinted to her, and she had a heart attack and wouldn't come back :p

Where as my brothers bengal cat, he is the most predator type cat... He wants to hunt Fargo through the windows, would kill him any chance he could get :( Bad cat!

Hehe Thank you Strudel :D I call them my wolf pack ;) They are a great little bunch.. Very lucky to have each of them!

We actually had a horse photographer come out yesterday, to take pictures of my 3 horses for a magazine and Kyros (and maybe Klaatu) are being used for a horse/dog shampoo!

So the man paid to get this photographer out... Only thing was, when the lady got here, the sun went.. So i think the pictures are all going to be terrible because they dont have that sun shine?

But here is a picture mum took yesterday of us..

Kyros on left, Klaatu on right, and you cant see Kitai behind them :(

She couldnt believe how quiet they were, she said, do you think you could hold all three? and i said of course!!! :p hahaha

I will make a thread later with some of the pics mum took ;)

I really want a picture, of Cypher at my feet, Fargo on my shoulder, and Klaatu, Kitai and Kyros all next to me hahaha one day...

No, it won't matter, they'll just manipulate the images on the computer.

Maybeeee, the photographer lady said she could try, but she said it wont be anything in comparison to what the natural sun does..

Cause their coats are all sooooooo shiny, but in these pics they look so dull and boring.. Grrr :(

Stupid weather haha

The lady was surprised when i said i had a macaw.. I think she will want to come take pictures of him sometime :p

BEAUTIFUL pictures, Tab!!!!! Particularly the one of Fargo's tonsils (JOKE)

You do have THE most beautiful and well cared for animals! :D

Gosh, Cypher is growing up too quickly. :(

What a cute chew toy Fargo has... ;)

Cypher is adorable and watching the two of them play together was a lot of fun to watch. Thanks for sharing!

Bummer. Maybe she'll come back another day and get some better photos, and snap Fargo as well.....

Hey at least Fargo would enjoy getting his picture taken, he can be the model, showing off for the camera.. :09:

The horses and I will just sit back and watch hahaha

Oh Tab, wonderful pictures!!!

Do you know, I saw him performing in a video on a link at another site (bird magazine)? I knew it was your Fargo because it had his name and he is so recognizable. He certainly is quite the little performer. I was very impressed, I wish my galah could do somersaults and things. One day, maybe....

Ohhhh that was probably the birdkeeper magazine?

He was in it beginning of the year, then they emailed me about a month ago asking for another article with more pics!

They said it should be in one of the next ones :)

Then i sent them the video of his tricks, and they asked if they could post it on their website! haha

I think we should go stand in town, and have a little hat, and Fargo can show off, and we can get lots of money from it ;) hahahaha
