So I have 1 female GCC and 1 female & male Sun Conures. The GCC gets along with EVERYBODY (except the other birds). Will fly to strangers and hang upside down from any piece of fabric she can find on her new friend. Zero problems.

My Suns are housed together but have never produced an egg. I am almost sure that have mated (they are 3 years old) but still treat me as their main squeeze while out. They are not jealous of each other, they just act like brother and sister.

The male Sun is a crazy man. He is Evil Kenevil on steroids. My girls are way more laid back, and less possessive. My girls are very reasonable flyers. They spot the desired spot, plan accordingly and delicately flap to their desired area. Winston doesn't even plan where he is going, he is just calculating how many cartwheels he can fit in and how badly he can scare mom.

Winston is very possessive. I'm embarrassed to say, but if a stranger or "enemy" enters his space, he throws his body into their face and tries to rip off part of their ear. Winston does not play well with humans!

Do other people have such differences between birds? What about male vs female conures? Socially, boldness, possessiveness? Just curious about our dynamics compared to others!
