Yes, definitely thank you. The first visit was when I took Enzo in and was also during her egg laying episode. This is our second visit and although im happy with Enzo, it was great that the vet was also happy with her overall.

As you know this is the first time ive had a fid larger than a cockatiel having mostly had budgies through my life, so it has been a bit daunting if i'm honest. I realise we have been picking up bad food habits along the way and this has given me the kick up the arse I needed.

One thing I forgot to say was, after the vet checked the pellet mix, he said it was a very good one.... but he then said, how do you know she is eating the whole variety? of course I didn't know, that's when he stepped in to say that it is guaranteed that the pellets will give her the full range of goodness, makes sense I suppose.

Wouldn't worry about the weight mate I've got 4 and 3 are over 500g the others still a baby but is 475g and specially if she's flying are you giving her Harrison's just give both with plenty of veg and fruit
