hi, so today is my birthday and im jumping at every opertunity that my chances of getting a bird even slightly go up. i have some birthday money so that helps too. first of all i know many people get budgies for their kids because some oconsider them "easy" or "disposable", i know hey are intellegent loving unique creatures that deserve just as much respect as larger birds. i have done my research and this bird would be spoiled rotten, loved to death, hours of out of cage time, exellent nutrition, and just be showered with love. that being said, there are a few adult english budgies at my local pet store for 95$, there are also american budgies for 20$. i am particular intrested in the english budgies because they are larger and supposedly easy to tame. none of the budgies at the store are very tame. would it be worth getting one there and trying to tame it, or driving a little farther to a breeder with hand raised english budgies for 75$ thank you very much for any help!!!
