Egg yolk on budgie's head

Hi, I'm not sure how I should clean egg yolk off my budgie's head. I'd appreciate some advice.
My budgie, (Paris), is semi-tame but she doesn't really like to be touched (anywhere). It's too cold to give shower her.
The only idea I have is to feed her some wet spinach.
