Is Dragon wood the same as driftwood? If so, I see a lot of it on the beaches here in Mexico.....would that make a good perch, since it is aged and hard.

No, please don't use Driftwood. It's absolutely NOT the same as Dragonwood.

Driftwood may potentially be full of harmful stuff. Bird; Birds: Safe, Toxic Trees, Woods. Safe Tree Wood. Parrots. Parrot cages.

I do sell them. Those have imperfections, I thought you could use them instead of me just burning them.
