Does your cockatiel do this?

So I have a weird question lol.

Whenever Berry gets scritches or cuddles for a few minutes, she'll suddenly get SUPER excited and start spreading her wings (sometimes even flapping them) and furiously nibbling/grooming my hand or my face! It is very cute, but my budgies have never done this before, and I'm wondering if it is just a Berry thing or if other cockatiels do this too.

Baby does it sometimes too. They're excited. We'll have a cuddle session and then he'll softly nip afterwards. Sometimes they can get a little overstimulated and call it "quits" and go about doing something else/other distraction. I have to make sure to also allow independent time/not cuddle so much to avoid the "wiggle."
