This looks like crop burn. If able, recommend you take baby to the vet. They will provide anti fungal/antibiotics and wound care, surgery if needed. If no avian vet available, may apply a very small amount of neosporin to the area and continue to watch closely. The area of white around the center is non-viable tissue and will also start to become necrotic in the next day. You must lower the temperature of the food. At this age, formula may even be lukewarm to avoid more burns. Microwaves are notorious for creating hot spots in the formula, only use if necessary to warm water.
Preventing infection is paramount: gently clean the area with a moistened soft paper towel or gauze twice daily and then apply antibiotic ointment (also at least twice daily). Do not crop feed and only do small frequent feeds to avoid pressure in the crop. If food leaks out, the baby will need immediate surgery with a vet. Hopefully, if the injury is small the crop should heal over time.
This is an infected crop plus possible crop burn. You need veterinarian care right away. If not death is possible, or likely, or stunting, delayed development, life long health issues.
