Specifically the sunshine that comes through the windows?
Perjo's cage is two feet from two windows, so I know she can feel a tiny draft this time of year and by design the sun hits her cage from two angle when I lower the blinds. Yet this past 2-3 weeks I've noticed when the sun is shining through the window she doesn't make her way toward it very often.
To me it feels like at least 3-5 degrees difference in temperature from the shade to the sun. Seems odd to me. In the summer I could understand this, but my home by design isn't the warmest (to help with humidity). Are they so warm internally and with all the feathers that the extra comfort of sun isn't a big deal to them?
