Do Greys love mirrors?

My little cockatiel enjoys looking into mirrors and flirting with himself.
So I bought one to my AG, but she is afraid of it. I am not sure what to do now. Is it better to take the mirror out of her cage or to let her get used to it.
From your experience do AGs love mirrors?

Idk about AG's, but all of my birds take a little time to get used to things. My sun, and my scarlet especially... Seminole my yellow napped amazon, takes right to things... its just dependant on the bird in my opinion...

Thanks for answering me. Usually she is not afraid of a thing. It is actually funny how she approaches to new things. She sees something makes that "eye pining" for a sec and off she goes to destroy it or to throw it on the low. But when she sees herself in the mirror, you can tell that she is uncomfortable with it.

My ekkie can tell the difference between our bathroom mirror and a real bird, and he knows it is him. So if you did decide to leave it she should be able to figure out that its not another bird in her space.
That said i wouldn't give another bird a mirror of his own anyway. Our budgie had a mirror and yes it did keep him entertained i guess, but he was a bit too interested in it, he would regurgitate for it and sometimes got really mad at it, i think he was really confused by it, and that he would have been better off without it, but he also pined when we took it out -so in it stayed.

Lol, I like the "self conscious" theory. She looks at herself and thinks:"Oh, no I am too fat, my lipstick looks awful today, the eyeliner doesn't fit the lipstick, take that mirror away from me".
