Parrots are never not messy animals, and that’s true almost no matter what!

I mean of course they're messy but it's our job to clean up after them. Not let poop cake on so they're living in their own filth.

Agreed!! Especially that water dish... that takes many weeks to get that bad... which means the person was refilling it and ignoring the build-up of goo in there each time.... makes me sad to see and know how many people out there have that attitude of "There JUST birds... they don't need clean water/fresh food/attention/toys/effort."
