So once again I have a question. Demi has been sneezing. On and off for the past couple days. Just a few times in the past couple days. But tonight it was repeatedly. There is no discharge and she is eating fine. :/

Also I never see her drink water o.o. I use to see my scarlet drink all the time. But Demi I don't see ever touch the water.

Sneezing repeatedly... not sure. No discharge... should be ok. But you did just get the all clear from a vet too no? Try showing Demi where the water is and maybe put a couple drops from it into her beak as she watches you doing it.

Yes but we didn't do a fecal or anything like that. She has stopped sneezing now.

Was the sneezing out of no where? Or was it after rubbing her beak on something and or eating?
One reason for just sneezing is that dust particles entered her nostrils and she's doing what we do, which is, sneeze. If she had just finished cleaning her beak on some (more towards wood) particles on the perch or whatever it was could have been lifted and gone into her nostrils. The same for food, some could have accidentally gone in.

I'm not saying that there is nothing to worry about (hence the lack of an avian certification) but those were through my experience watching my own birds, mostly the parakeets, as those are the only time they sneeze (their food has a supplement with finer "powder" ingredients and they really like to dig into it). Is she showing any other signs of potential health issues?

Rypie, is it winter where you live? Sometimes at this time of year the central heating can cause birds to sneeze more than usual. They like a warm, humid environment and radiators dry out the air, which can make their nares a bit dry and irritated.

Look at her nares and eyes- if they're clear, not red or inflamed and not showing any discharge, then try bringing her in the shower with you- or at least in the bathroom- once or twice a day while you have a warm, long shower. Breathing in the steam helps lubricate their nasal passages and can ease sneezing. I imagine this is what's happening to Demi.

You might just need to shower with her once a day during the winter months.

If there is any inflammation or redness however, or if you try 'steaming' her and after a couple of days she is still sneezing, consult with an A-vet.
