Hahahahaha! Oh, the first one is absolutely hilarious! Almost got me in trouble, as it is nearly 4 in the morning at the moment, and everyone else is fast asleep. But that was high comedy!

And the second one is every bit as sweet as the first was funny! Beautiful shot!

Both of these ways work well. I embedded your pic using Imgur. At this point, I think Imgur is best for posting pics you've taken. But for posting pics already on the internet, there's no need to upload to Imgur. Copying the URL, clicking on the Insert Image tab in the reply window tools, and pasting it in the drop-down field works best in that case.
