Cute Picture Alert!!!

Thought I'd share this picture of Fregley, my husband took it at lunch time a few weeks ago.

After a hard morning of destroying toys and mashing food into his perches Freg took time to relax with his favourite toy.

Freg has had this teddy since he was a chick and absolutely loves it, it even goes with him to the vets lol!

He's such a poser too - definitely knows how beautiful he is!!

Lol i know!! I'm shocked too! He's pulled the eyes off it but nothing else, the eyes weren't the plastic ones they were just fabric ones. He destroys anything else that goes in his cage but not his teddy.
The rope perch in the background has long gone, he's now got a swing there that had lots of colourful wooden bits on it - took 24 hours for him to remove them all haha!
Got another rope perch going in soon.

very bautiful pictures, but may i advise you something about stuffed animals and this has happened more then once and reported. They are all good when they are babies and not chewing and eating random things. I have now heard of multiple people and rescues getting reports that there birds at the stuffing out of a stuffed animal and died. This happened to a parrot rescue they let a mutallating cockatoo have a stuffed animal as it soothed him and then he ate the stuffing and died and ive heard much much more about the issue sadly.. So i dont know were you stand with it all, but it is just a friendly warning.

Thank you for the heads up on stuffing, I didn't consider that I was only concerned about external hazards such as plastic eyes.
His teddy does come out for inspection and cleaning every day so I'll keep a closer eye on it.
He only ever seems to take it onto his top perch and hold it but I'll certainly be watching him more closely now

He made me laugh so much last night, I like to take him onto my bed and play peekaboo by hiding under the covers - he loves this but last night he decided he was coming under the covers with me and circling saying "hello" and "cake" to me hehe. I had to keep lifting the covers though as I didn't want him overheating, he was enjoying exploring though and kept going further in!!

The game you played with Fregley last night reminds me of a game I play with my guys, too, only I do it under a blanket on the couch. They all love it, and it's SO much fun for all of us.

Lol, Fregley loves his peekaboo games though he ends up fluffing and being a "mummy bird" trying to feed me eeew haha!
