Umbrella Cockatoo- 15? years old..I think?
BEDTIME ROUTINE!!!
Noodles loves my record player and she is very partial to specific songs.. She also doesn't react this way to digital (hipster bird haha --kidding..kind of.).

Anyway, Lucretia Macevil (Blood, Sweat and Tears) is her all-time favorite...she also loves "Young girl" (Gary Puckett and the Union Gap),"Cry Like a Baby" (the Box Tops), "Downtown" (Petula Clark), "The Little Drummer Boy" (from late 40s/early 50s) AND a weird (nearly opera) 1910's version of "Oh Danny Boy" (it is on an old Victrola record...) ......I couldn't make up this weird mix-tape if I tried....

SHE CRACKS ME UP!
The angles stink in this video, but the audio is most important...she is very happy!

LOL...awwww Noodles :D I have music on in my house from as soon as I awake until bedtime. I even leave the stereo on when I leave the house just for noise for the kids. Amy and BB don't really show any interest. Amy however gets very excited over YT vids of other fids.

Jonesy (Goffin) however, was a classic rock n' roller like his parront. If he was out of his house and Pink Floyd's Comfortably Numb came on,immediately his hat stood sky high,he'd hop around like he was possessed (like most goffins do) swaying his head back and forth to the point of it almost snapping.
Led Zepplin's Stairway to Heaven and AC/DC Highway to Hell got the same results.
Must be a 'too thing???

When I first read the title to this thread, I thought you meant that you were giving him old vinyl to play with/chew on...NOOOO!!! I'm glad that he likes to listen to it and dance rather than eating the vinyl!!!

LOL! I can see why you would think that actually...I am weird in that I still listen to records HAHA.
We just got through Lucretia Macevil AGAIN...Barely made it all the way through--- had a scream-fest for 4 seconds/crazy feathers and then did the bedtime bob. Tired weirdo..So tired she didn't even demand to watch the record spin (a favorite precursor to our evening dance ritual).
