Lol I don't think I d catch up to you Capt ;) it's from the same breeder that I got pickles from :) just hoping it works out this time lol. I get attached and excited very easily. Lol in ten years I d love to have an acre of land on which I can have a huge out door aviary which will house a mans made shallow pool with a water feature and fountain and lots of bird safe fruit trees and distended toys and bird grass and a nice natural space for all the fids to enjoy :) and I can go in and play with them. That's the dream which for now exists only in my head lol

I just want a small island so i don't need any wire or cages, just turn them all loose.

A small island would be nice but if they flew away how would they be your companions?

Why would they fly away? Where would they go? I'd think they'd turn around after flying over a bunch of ocean and return back to the only land they could see!

Lol well I thought they would attempt to colonize the adjacent islands but since your island is a solitary landmass in the vast ocean I see you point ;)

I will keep my fingers crossed for you that this works out!
I just want to win the lottery so I can buy a huge spread and keep adding birds, and huge outdoor aviaries:) Oh, and so my hubby can quit work..lol.

Lol well I trained as a biologist and there were no jobs in zoology so I m currently studying to be an optometrist in the hopes of having a job so I can add to my flock and build that dream outdoor place so I understand completely terry ;)

Oh no!! I'm so sorry to hear that! :( You say you don't have a 'reserve system' where you are, can I ask where you're located? Would you be able to get one somewhere else this year perhaps?
