i agree shes asking for help, maybe she had no say in the matter of the vet. when my hamster got sick i begged for her to go to the vet but we could not afford it. also maybe because her condition improoved her aunt wouldnt take her because they thought it would clear up because she had already improoved so much. she IS still in pain and needs to go to the vet though. also she does not own the bird and she might not even live with her aunt, so she doesnt have much say. i think we should bite our tounges and focus on the bird. also she is not to blame for the fan, its her aunts house and fan so its not her fault. however you need to take her to the vet ASAP! i wish you and your family (fids included) good luck and that all goes well at the vet.

This is truly terrible. Like everyone, I agree this bird needs to see a vet. Please keep us informed on this little guys progress.

I agree the bird needs to see a vet but I think its unfair to just go off the deep end on someone over something like this. Birds are still considered exotic pets. The first aid kit Pedro described is NOT common knowledge and avian vets are NOT as common as vets for cats, dogs, etc.

Choose to be kind, people. Seriously.

Please let us know how the little conure is doing. I have a conure myself and would be devastated if anything like this happened to her.
