No avocado, no rhubarb, no onion, no garlic, no leeks, no chives, no shallots, no mushrooms, no tomatoes...no seeds or pits on apples or peaches, cherries etc.
limit citrus fruit/ foods high in vitamin C , as they can cause iron storage disease. My vet said a small tangerine slice once-twice a week for my large cockatoo was okay, but not more.
Keep them away from dairy, salt and sugar (limit fruit). No caffeine...no coffee (not even decaf)...No artificial sweeteners, no alcohol. NO HONEY! and no raw eggs/meats etc. Do not share food with your bird after you have eating from the same plate or fork (dogs, humans, cats etc have bacteria in their mouths that can kill birds---especially cats).
