cockatiel head bobbing with saliva coming out of mouth

please help, what is this behaviour? information is on the video. (i posted) i see a drop of saliva on the feathers, and sometimes when he does that i can hear seeds coming out. he's never done this before?! saliva looks yellow.
also on his beak
 
yes, I read a breeder post who said babies will do this to each other. I guess at this age its just practice
 
Its usually creamy white.
As this us also how burds throw up
You will have e to watch abd see,
Does it smell bad, do you keep tract of weight of your burd with a digital kitchen gram scale, if nit time to get one and start a weekly log

he did it again then shook and seeds flew everywhere
 
this would likely need a vet visit
Behavioral regurge doesn't contain undigested food ( as far as I know)
 
Yes agree with above.
Doesn’t sound right. I would make tracks to teh vet.
 
Even though it might just be typical regurge, any time a parrot exhibits new and unexplainable behavior it pays to visit your CAV. See if you can capture some of the 'saliva' to show to the vet.
