Cleaning the Window Screen

I noticed a LOT of my cockatiel's dust and feathers caught in the screen of our window. I took a vacuum to it today, and it helped a little but hasn't cleaned it completely. Is there anyway to get it really clean?

Vacuum and maybe a small brush .

Also might sound nuts but a lint roller.

Take it off and wash it with a hose? Make sure your bird can't get out of an open window though
