Son Conure - Frank
I recently bought a sun conure that comes with cage. Bird still not used to me, he doesn't attack even inside the cage but if you place your hand closer to him he will bite for sure. if you give food he will take it just fine, he just don't want to be touch. Any suggestion how will i get the bird out of the cage or whats the proper way i can transfer him to a separate perch so i could wash and clean the whole cage?

Teach him to target. Great way to start teaching him new behaviors without getting bitten.
